안산시민 85.4% ‘조두순 격리법’ 제정 절실

    안산시(시장 윤화섭)가 중앙정부 및 국회에 요청한 이른바 ‘조두순 격리법’인 ‘보호수용법’ 제정 필요성에 안산시민 절대 다수가 찬성하는 것으로 나타났다.


    이 법은 아동 성범죄자 조두순 출소에 앞서 시민 불안감 해소를 위한 ‘친인권적’인 보안처분제도로, 부정적인 견해는 일부에 그쳤다.

    안산시는 조두순 출소를 앞둔 이달 11일부터, 15일까지 안산시민을 대상으로 SNS 설문조사를 실시한 결과 이렇게 나왔다고 17일 밝혔다.
